These terms govern your use of www.boreholehub.co.za (the "Site"), operated by BoreholeHub, a trading name of Vularis (Pty) Ltd ("BoreholeHub", "we", "us"). By using the Site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Important: BoreholeHub is a directory and introduction service. We are not a borehole contractor, we do not perform drilling or installation work, and we are not party to any agreement you enter into with an installer.

1. What BoreholeHub does

We provide an online directory that helps homeowners find and contact independent borehole drilling, pump installation and water service companies ("installers"). We may pass your enquiry to one or more installers so they can contact you.

2. We are not responsible for installers' work

Installers listed on the Site are independent third parties. We do not employ, control or supervise them. While we aim to list reputable businesses, we do not guarantee the quality, safety, legality, pricing, timing or outcome of any work, quote or service they provide. Any contract for work is solely between you and the installer, and any dispute must be resolved directly with that installer.

3. Information on the Site

Content on the Site — including cost estimates, geology notes, guides and calculators — is provided for general information only and may not reflect your exact circumstances. It does not constitute professional, legal or engineering advice. Always obtain a site-specific assessment and itemised quote before committing to any borehole project, and ensure all required permits and registrations (for example with the Department of Water and Sanitation) are in place.

4. Your responsibilities

Provide accurate information when you submit an enquiry or listing.
Do not misuse the Site or attempt to disrupt it.
Verify any installer's credentials, insurance and references before engaging them.

5. Listings by installers

Installers who apply to be listed are responsible for the accuracy of the information they submit. We may review, verify, decline, edit or remove any listing at our discretion.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, BoreholeHub is not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, from reliance on its content, or from any dealings with installers introduced through the Site. The Site is provided on an "as is" basis without warranties of any kind. Nothing in these terms limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including under the Consumer Protection Act.

7. Third-party links

The Site may link to third-party websites. We are not responsible for their content or practices.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date above shows when they were last changed. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated terms.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
